The twin blade guarantees stub-free cuts that heal quickly and thus reduce the risk of fungal or bacterial attack. The transmission of diseases is prevented by the non-stick coated blade, to which no plant sap adheres. The soft grip offers a secure hold while cutting and also provides a pleasant grip in order to avoid pressure points.
